Vallcarca neighborhood, very quiet, middle/upper class area. Close to the Hospitals: Quirón, San Rafael, Vall D'Hebrón, Clínica Delfos, Centro Pere Virgili and one step away from Parque Güell. Very well connected with public transport both day and night. Transport services: Metro L3 (green), L5 (blue), Bus V19 - 22 - 129 - 87 - V17 and night buses N4 and N5. The three rooms are on the second floor without elevator and share a bathroom. On the first floor is the kitchen and living room, a toilet and patio. Single family home, with one occupant and a dog that does not access upstairs.
