You may consider this luxury room in San Siro Caprilli, 50 meters from MM5 Segesta. The room is on the upper floor of a large 260mq penthouse. Very bright, it features a walk-in wardrobe, wooden floor, air conditioning, electric shutters/windows, Smart TV Netflix, private bathroom. The building has a private garden which can be used as a recreational area. If a contract needs to be provided for university or residence permits, a minimum stay of 12 months is required. Please note that the penthouse is unfortunately fragile and some precautions need to be taken e.g avoid touching walls nor doors, no shoes, . the landlord Giuseppe - 55 - and his daughter Lara - 11 - live on the bottom floor, together with the Danish babysitter - 20. Giuseppe is divorced, Lara is at home 2 weeks per month. Lara is chatty and lively and she has felt previous guests as part of an extended family.
