Please be aware there's a city tax of 3,50 euros to be paid for the first 10 days for a total of 35 euros per tenant. Bright 9-bedroom apartment on several levels in a Villa surrounded by a garden with fruit trees : apricot, kiwi, medlar, lemons, plum a small vegetable garden. All the garden as well as the common areas such as stairs, kitchen, laundry are covered by security cameras; also there is the possibility to park the bicycle or scooter out of the rain, with a small supplement of 10 euros per month. Laundry service is present and available for a fee. Please note that cleaning is included with towels and sheets changed every 2 weeks. The kitchen consists of: 4 sinks and 2 stove tops with 6 burners (12 burners total ) and the pantry with shelves for each room, including two refrigerators.Please note that housekeeping is included with the change of towels and sheets every 2 weeks. Pets are allowed upon approval and permission of the property. You can have occasional guests in the double rooms upon approval of the property and paying 30 euros per night up to a maximum of 10 days, the amount will increase after the 10th day. Overnight guests will also have to pay for the city tax of 3,5 euros per night, up to 10 days. Smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces.
