The area has ideal transport links, commercial places and some nice cafes and restaurants for your daily life, not to mention the proximity to the historic church designed by Gaudí. This spacious apartment has a total of four bedrooms, two common bathrooms and a kitchen, as well as a spacious living room. All the rooms are quite comfortable and pleasant. The property has radiant heating.

2-3 minute walk from the metro as well as several grocery stores. Very spacious, modern space in a safe area of the city. No lock on bedroom door, however, I recommend this place 100%

I loved the stay and loved the accomodation. The house is very secure and the apartment also. It is just like the photos show but more welcoming! It really is very clean and once a week a housekeeper cleans the whole apartment and changes bed linen and towels. You feel just like in a hotel. The kitchen is very big and there is enough place and material for everyone. Just like the whole apartment it is very new and modern. I really felt home the time I lived there and also got along very good with other flatmates. No words needed for the landlord. She is a perfect and very lovely person! All in all the room, the bathroom and the whole apartment is very comfortable and gives you the feeling to be home!

I loved everything about this place: - it is located just 10 min walk from Sagrada Familia and 4 min walk from the nearest metro station; there are also two big grocery stores near the apartment; - the apartment has everything that you might need; it is a quiet place in a new building with great facilities; the kitchen is fully equipped; the bathroom is well-cleaned (and each week the apartment is cleaned by a cleaner); - the room is not that big; however, it is more than enough for a comfortable stay: there is a window, a small tray table, a laptop table, a wardrobe, and a TV; - the description of this place is very accurate, everything looks exactly like in the pictures; Overall, I am very glad that I stayed in this place as it made my time in Barcelona even more enjoyable! I would definitely recommend it for future guests!
