The two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a relaxing bathtub are designed to guarantee maximum comfort during your stay. You can soak in a hot bath after a long walk through the city's cobbled streets, or enjoy a quick invigorating shower before starting your day. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. To track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bill amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meter checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
