The apartment is very private as it is on the top floor, has a nice panorama of the Parliament and nearby buildings are lower, so very sunny during the day. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet unlike Pest side and has several restaurants and supermarkets, Mammut shopping mall is a few minutes away. Tram is 2 minute walk awy.
