The apartment with around 60m2 is the ground floor located in an old industrial working village. It is very luminous and beautifully decorated with art paintings on the walls and other objects. The living room is quite large, with 2 windows to the street, a sofa-bed that turns into a double bed, TV w/ Netflix, private library, table desk which are perfect to work. The wi-fi is 5G. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, kettle, toaster and all the necessary for cooking. The kitchen leads to a small internal patio. There is a nice 1 bedroom furnished with double bed, wardrobe and a window to the patio. In front of the bedroom, is a small bathroom with a shower. The patio has a solar cover that can be removed, a bench and a vertical garden. The environment is calm and familiar. You can park freely in front of the apt. A housekeeper comes every 2-3 weeks.
