This stunning student Residence is located in Can Ricart, a restored historic industrial site in Barcelona, that today houses a unique business campus, luxury hotels, and premium housing. The area is surrounded by modern pedestrian areas and gardens and is within walking distance of the famous Rambla de Poblenou and the beach. SHORT STAYS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FROM JULY UNTIL AUGUST. Please note that: For each confirmed booking, the Landlord will be requesting an Admin Fee of 350€, for bookings from September to June (Academic year).
