Live like a local in an elegant and comfortable flat located just 100m from the beach in Matosinhos, Porto district. The flat can comfortably accommodate up to three people - four maximum - and it features one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. You can catch 4 different bus lines to Porto right in front of the building, or you can take the metro just three minutes away by foot. There are many supermarkets nearby, as well as lots of amazing fish and seafood restaurants, bars and all kinds of shops. N.B. - Between october and march the electricity and gas bills are only included up to 50 euros. During the rest of the year all bills are included without any limit.
