Located on the ground floor of a typical building located in a central area, this apartment is very welcoming and well finished. This is the ideal choice for those who want a home in the historic center of Florence and enjoy all that our city has to offer. This apartment is appreciated for many reasons: it is very nice, it is well furnished and it is also equipped with many comforts. The house consists of a large living area divided between the kitchen and the living room that overlooks a pleasant outdoor area, a double bedroom and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub). Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
