The sleeping area consists of a double bed and closet, and study/smart working corner desk. The apartment is characterised by the elegance of the colours, furnishings and the peaceful quietness given by the interior facing. The apartment is located in the Porta Venezia area Please note: deposit equals to 2-months rent for stays longer than 6 months. Utilities included up to 70 euros per month. Tourist visa not accepted to sign contract. Valid passport and “codice fiscale” (Italian tax number) are required for contract registration. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30 percent. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of a max 18 months, then, in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of rental contract, an additional fee of 100 euros is required and a 30 to 60 days early notice, depending on the length of the contract.
