The apartment is situated on the ground floor, which is at the level of the 1st floor, as there are a few steps to access from the street to the building and a few more steps after entering the building to reach the apartment door. These are not challenging stairs for those with reduced mobility or baby strollers. Upon entering the apartment, a spacious and bright hallway with a desk connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen. It's a large and open space with a very comfortable leisure area with international TV channels and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There's also a balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy a meal outdoors or simply relax. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing and drying machine, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and blender. The historic center of Cascais is 1 km away, about a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive. Parking in the area is public and free.
