Welcoming 2-bedroom apartment with brand new Ikea kitchen 6 min walk to circular line 6 subway. Landlord is British so he speaks english. The flat is quiet, has fast WiFi and everything needed for studying. The landlord will only visit occasionally during the year outside term time so most of the year you will have the place to yourself and another postgrad female student. Fast WiFi is included in the price and water but electric bills will be split between you and the other postgrad student. These averaged 40 euros per month last year for each tenant and the electric cost is on a fixed price contract from 3 years ago. Each room is fitted with its own key lock for privacy.

Oliver is a really kind and attentive landlord - he is always there to help and was also very reasonable during the coronavirus pandemic when we had to leave Madrid. The flat is basic but it has everything you need and all of the appliances work very efficiently.
