PLEASE NOTE THAT: THERE IS 995KR FEE FOR UTILITIES. There is a previous notice of 3 months before to terminate the contract for Denmark and Sweden locations. In case the tenant needs to leave before, the student needs to find a replacement for the room otherwise fees will be applied.
