Please notice it will only be possible to move in on the 1st or 15th of each month. Become part of our great community and enjoy your study time as much as possible. Choose one of our tailor-made apartments and have fun in a variety of our vibrant community spaces. The residence is located south of the old town and about 15 minutes’ walk from Jakominiplatz. All our apartments are equipped with a private bathroom and a kitchenette including an oven, refrigerator and ceramic hob. In addition, each apartment is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, closet and a comfortable armchair. The following places of interest are nearby: Tram stop Josefkirche directly in front of the front door; Technical University about 15 minutes’ walk; Augarten about 7 minutes’ walk; University of Graz approx. 8 minutes by bike.
