From the living area, you will be able to access the lovely mezzanine, where a comfortable double bed awaits you for peaceful and restful nights. The smart design of the apartment also includes a bathroom with shower, to ensure maximum comfort during your stay, and a spacious walk-in closet to store your belongings in an organized way. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
