IMPORTANT: There is an admin fee requested from the Accommodation Provider and is the 16 percent PLUS IVA of the contract value. NOTE that in the confirmation request the values indicated are for 2, 4 and 6 months, if you book for more months the value should be higher. 1.-Check-in takes place at our office. 2.- You must call 30 minutes before arrival so that someone is waiting for you. 3.- A passport photo is required before the arrival of the main guest and the ONLY person who can pick up the keys. Minors are not allowed to sign or take responsibility for the apartment. 4.- It is not allowed for more people to stay in the apartment than those indicated in the reservation. 5.- Pets are allowed for 150 euros per month NO CATS. 6.- There is an alarm system on the property. It doesn't record or record anything. It is from the SECURITAS brand. 7.-Check-in policy: After 15:00, as a general rule.
