Join our co-living community and experience an inspiring way of living in Prague. Once the booking is accepted, the landlord will request the deposit to be paid up to 30 days arrival date. Documents needed to confirm the reservation before arrival: EU resident, Identity card/Passport solely upon arrival, and Liability insurance. NON-EU resident, Passport, Visa/Residence permit, and Liability insurance. The notice period shall be three 3 months and commences on the first day of the calendar month immediately following the month in which the notice of termination was served on the Subtenant.
