The house is spacious and has 3 bedrooms, all with views of the garden and pool it is located on the third floor of the block, which is accessed through the corresponding portal, and also through the general one. It has an elevator and you can easily park on the street. The area is quiet, spacious, well connected and without the burdens of big cities. The transport connection to Madrid is excellent. By train in 15 minutes you can reach Atocha station and by bus in 15 minutes the interchange of Plaza Elíptica. the rooms are fabulous and comfortable, very close to Madrid. The large room is spacious, bright and smoke-free. It has a modern and comfortable 1.60 m bed with private bathroom, terrace, TV, air conditioning, heating, desk and work chair. NOTE: You have to pay 80 per month for consumption.
