3 bedroom apartment situated in the border of the Raval with the Gothic, at Las Ramblas. It has all the basics in a spacious kitchen-sitting room, 1 shared bathroom with shower, 1 toilet. On a 2nd floor, real 3rd, with no elevator. Bright and quiet. Bills are not included, but we take 100/month for electricity,water,internet, community and extras. Electricity and water not unlimited.
