The location was amazing for people who wants to be close to both city center and Eastern side of the city (pozuelo, boadilla, Monteprincipe). All the furniture are new, the bed is comfortable, kitchen equipment are new, bathroom is comfortable. The only downside of the apartment is that there is no living room where you can chill with your friends. Overall, I was pleased to stay in the apartment.

The whole house was recently under construction. Everything is new, and that's cool. However, the walls are too thin and everything is heard through the house, thus not giving you a big sense of privacy. The kitchen has seating for 2 people (7 people apartment). There is no living room.
