Beautiful two level room on the third floor of a building located less than 1 minute walking distance to the Cathedral. Very spacious room and very quiet since it faces an internal patio. Building entrance to a pedestrian street right next to all restaurants, bars and shops. Flat is shared with other 8 rooms and it counts with 2 bathrooms and a big kitchen with a co-living area. Room is equipped with a 1.35 cm wide queen-size bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Bed sheets and towels will be provided. The room counts with heating system for the colder months and all expenses water, electricity, gas, internet are included in the rent, with a cleaning service of the common areas once per week.
