Please note it's mandatory to show the acceptance letter/enrolment from the University for Students only. When we share our contract after having a booking paid on Uniplaces, you'll need to pay a one-time deposit of 1000 EUR, which will be refunded when you move out and the apartment is found clean and in good order.
