After the booking is accepted through Uniplaces, you must proceed with the registration process sign the tenancy agreement and proceed with fee transfers such as a deposit of 800 and a registration fee of 195. The minimum stay is 1 month. Rent is paid in monthly installments. We accept students and digital nomads. Tenants should be students or professionals until 35 years of age. Pets are not accepted. The reservation fee is non-refundable. The following cancellation policy will apply to the deposit: 1. If a booking is canceled more than 60 sixty days before the Contract Start Date we will refund 100 one hundred percent of the deposit paid. 2. The cancellation of the reservation more than 30 thirty days and equal or less than 60 sixty days before the Contract Start Date implies the refund of 50 fifty percent of the amount paid as a deposit. 3. The cancellation of the reservation 30 thirty days or less before the Contract Start Date implies that the amount paid as a deposit will not be refunded.
