Apartment very close to UC3M. Real photos from last year. Due to natural aging, current furniture is in worse condition. Rooms 1,2,3 share a bathroom and room 4 has its private bathroom. The house is small, but with all the facilities for students. Free cleaning of the common area every two months, however it may be dirty on the day of check-in because it is a shared room. We also wanted to point out that the decoration objects that appear in the photos are for reference, we do not guarantee to offer them to all tenants. In this university neighborhood, most of the buildings are old and without elevator, our apartment is on the fourth floor without elevator. We offer complete bedding, but tenants can also bring their own duvet or buy it at Carrefour. We accept student reservations.
