The house I lived in was a really nice one with two floors and my room even had a small balcony. The bedroom and the bathroom were in a really good condition. Close to the apartment is the big park Casa the Campo which I really enjoyed for walking, running or just going there for a rest. The thing I didn't like was that for coming home by night the metro ligero only works every half an hour and this was a bit annoying, but nothing to do with the house.
