This place is very nice as architecture student. I met good flat mates and neighbors. This complex is very beautiful. Location is also perfect. Even if 5 person share common space that is for 3 person, this price is unbelievable as compared with market price. And sometimes I cannot understand my landlord specifically at the last time.

The internet is really really bad as the landlord doesn't want to put a normal fixed line. The rooms are very humid and get mold very easily.

No complaints at all, just some miscommunication with the landlord. Some issues with broken stuff and wifi were solved while I was there. It would have been nice to have some more information on the listing. But the landlord is nice, Location is really good!
