This cozy apartment is an excellent option for your stay in Porto! Great location - Paranhos - with easy access to Fernando Pessoa, Portucalense and University Campus Universities. You will find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, banks and shops within walking distance. Public transport 200 m away - direct line to the University Pole. The apartment is comfortable and has been recently renovated. It features a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with separate shower and toilet areas, 3 bedrooms. There is an outdoor area with a garden where you can use a washing machine. In the condominium there are other student apartments which will allow a quick integration into the life of Porto! Visits are allowed according to the Owner's rules.There will be weekly visits which include preventive maintenance of the spaces. The security deposit 1 rent 50 must be paid on the day the contract is signed. The whole process is automatic and online.

First the good stuff- the location was very good, close to shops, close to Fernando Pesoa University, relatively close to the centre...30 minutes on foot. the neighbors were really nice people. The price was also an advantage. It was pretty quiet. If you don't plan to stay for long periods of time, it is perfect. They have pillows and blankets. Now the bad stuff - I would not recommend to stay there in the winter because it gets very cold. The electricity sometimes stops when to many people are heating their room or cooking. ( sometimes it stopes many times a day if everyone is at home). The internet does sometimes stops and you have to reopen the wireless, There are no to many cooking supllies, but enough if you dont plan to cook too sophisticated dinners. Even with the heaters on, the house is very cold. Also, about the room, there is a bad cat smell outside so you cant keep the window open for too long.
