This spacious three-bedroom apartment is great for living with lots of different people in an exciting environment. The whole residential complex was designed by world-renowned architect Álvaro Siza Vieira, who created an embracing and traditional neighbourhood atmosphere. The flat features three bedrooms perfectly furnished for any student, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room. The location is also great, since you'll be quite near to Lapa metro station and Jardim Teófilo Braga where you can relax or go for a walk after a long day!

Sicuramente il punto forte della casa è la posizione in quanto dista a pochi minuti dal centro città ( dai 15 ai 20 minuti ) e circa 20/25 a piedi dalla Faculdade de Letras. La casa si trova vicino alla metro Lapa raggiungibile quindi facilmente dall'aereoporto (saranno al massimo 200 metri ) La mia stanza non era come in foto in quando mancava una sedia , C'era soltanto una sedia da ufficio rotta appoggiata al muro al lato della scrivania che serviva a ben poco . Nell'armadio non ci sono scaffali ma un semplice appendiabiti di stoffa . Nell'annuncio era scritto che le spese erano incluse ma in realtà non è incluso il riscaldamento in quanto non ci sono termosifoni ma a disposizione c'è solo una stufetta che non scalda molto. La casa a dire il vero non è poi così fredda dato che è piccola ma risulta un problema non avere nemmeno uno scaldabagno . Parlando del bagno è molto piccolo . Vi sono due stanze una con la vasca e la doccia un lavandino e un mobiletto ikea dove mettere alcune cose e l'altra proprio affianco con il wc il bidet e un altro lavandino. In generale la casa risulta fatiscente perché le pareti sono piene di muffa .sia nelle stanze che in cucina . Il piano cottura è davvero vecchio e il forno non ha nemmeno l'indicazione delle temperature (?!) . Vicino alla casa ci sono tre supermercati di cui il più fornito sicuramente il pingo doce . nella casa ci sono già asciugamani e lenzuola dunque non c'è bisogno di portare le proprie . La casa non ha il sole diretto . C'è una stanza con il balcone che è l'unico punto dove arriva il sole direttamente un paio di ore al mattino . Nel complesso va bene per un Erasmus che non duri più di un anno .
