Highly recommended!! The landlord (Alexandra) was extremely kind and helpful. The common area was large, clean and well equipped. The room was very spacious and even included a desk which was a pleasant surprise. The internet works fine now (used to be a problem in the past but has now been fixed)

I had a short but very pleasant time in this place, the location is quite and close to everything you might need. The owners are exquisite people, the night I arrived Alexandra left some food and water in my room knowing that it was to late for me to buy anything, and helped me out a lot. Lovely!

I would like to thank Alexandra (the landlord) for her hospitality. She always helped me when I had any problem. The room is quite large, and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything! There is a little supermarket close to home, and different buses lines to go any part of the city (there’s no metro station). I think the only problem I had was the WiFi connection.

Everything is completely fine. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything else is working properly. Every Saturday a cleaning lady comes in and cleans the kitchen and the corridor. Contumil train station is near by as well as some bus stops so it is easy to commute everywhere from this place!

The room is well equipped though it's a little bit cold in the winter time, the landlady provides the heater so it's not a big deal. The kitchen is the best place with all needed utilities, even dish-washing machine. The utensils is abundant. Even sharing the room with the family, the privacy is extremely good since they live in another floor.
