Extremely comfortable, with all the amenities you may need, my apartment will offer you a fantastic experience in Madrid! As you are already at the city centre, you will experience the Madrid experience but also you have terrific transport links that will allow you to get to any part of the city. Hope you have a wonderful stay here! The space My one bedroom apartment is spacious and relaxing, the ideal place to come back to after a day of exploring. With beautiful thoughtful design and essential amenities such as an iron and microwave, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient trip to bustling Madrid! The living area is light and airy with a modern design and discrete finishing touches. There are a double sofa-bed if you want to have extra guests and a great flat TV for you to catch up with favorite movies and series - sit back and make yourself at home! The open plan space includes a charming dining area, with a table and comfy chairs, ideal for a lovely breakfast or a homemade meal. What a wonderful spot for a glass of wine! It also makes for the perfect workspace as it’s bright and peaceful, perfect for inspiration while you are visiting the city. There is high-speed wifi throughout the apartment - no need to worry about that either! If you want to cook up a meal or two, you’ll find everything you need in the stylish integrated and fully-equipped kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use and include a toaster and a microwave. The washing machine is located at the bathroom. There??s even a welcome pack, tea and coffee provided! There will also be in the basic ingredients such as olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper In the master bedroom, get a wonderful night’s rest on the super comfortable double size bed, fitted with fresh, 100% cotton linens, with an outstanding mattress and the best high standard pillows - a wonderful night’s sleep guaranteed. There is also plenty of storage space, so you won’t have to live out of your suitcase; get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. Full-length mirror add to the charm of the room. Freshen up in the modern and stylish bathroom - wake up in the mornings with the fantastic rain shower. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided! My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. Guest access You will have access to the whole property. It is paramount that we are respectful towards our neighbors. Other things to note This property has self check-in and we will send you clear instructions on where to pick up the key prior to your arrival. If a late check-in is needed (after 11:30pm), fees will apply according to the time of your arrival, as we will send a person for key delivery. Let us know in advance so we can send you the price. If keys are left inside the property during your stay, a fee of 50 € will be charged. If they are lost or not properly checked out, a fee of 80 € will be charged. For check-out the keys must be brought back to the pick-up point (hours 10am to 11:30pm every day of the week) and if they fail to do so the guest will be fined. If the guest needs to check-out outside the above mentioned hours, he/she should contact us so that we can find an alternative place to leave the key.
