The place is very cold during winters, but that might be something that is common with all buildings in that area. The flat is very spacious and tenants come and go at a fairly relaxed pace, so it was a great place to stay at. We had a very nice community there. I recommend the place, but be prepared for the winters.

Saldanha is a fantastic area to live, with an excellent connection to the metro and close to universities and companies. It is a beautiful and colorful area. The flat is very spacious, also all rooms are big and bright. This room is nicely located inside the apartment and fully furnished, it's bright and pleasant. The apartment has a huge balcony to admire the street and to pass the time

It's a great spacious room, whole appartment is really nice also. Couldn't find anything better ever! Highly recommend even if the price is not so low . I;m gonna miss this room for a long time.

Great location that is well connected to metro stops. Place is huge with more than enough bathrooms and common space. Would highly recommend for an affordable medium-term stay.

I really loved the room and the balcony. Everything is really spacious. It's the best flat I've ever lived in!
