El piso es precioso (coincide con la descripción del anuncio), está muy bien situado, de hecho se puede llegar al centro caminando (Plaza de España y el Palacio Real están a 5 minutos) y también hay dos estaciones de metro cercanas (5 minutos a pie de Plaza de España y Principe Pio donde también hay cercanías). La terraza tiene una vista maravillosa sobre el Palacio Real. La habitación es muy grande y bonita, el baño y la cocina siempre están limpios y tienen todo lo necesario. Isabel es una anfitriona respetuosa, cariñosa y muy disponible. Lo recomiendo!

La casa es situada en una zona tranquila muy cerca del centro. Del balcón se puede ver el Palacio Real, la cocina tiene todas las herramientas para cocinar. La habitaciòn es amplia con todo lo necesario.

Really close to a number of metro stations, including the big Principe Pio station which has both metro lines and Cercanias lines. Very central location, close to the palace and Gran Via. The house itself was exactly as advertised, large room, kitchen with all the appliances/pots/pans/plates you'll need, as well as a lovely terrace with lots of pretty plants and a great view of the royal palace! The house and bedrooms were always kept really clean. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to live in a central location!

El piso es un lugar muy agradable, las fotografías dicen la verdad, luminosidad y confort, la ubicación buenísima. La cocina está bien equipada y se dispone de una pequeña nevera personal. Isabel es de muy buena conversación. El servicio de limpieza semanal lo mantiene todo limpio. Lo recomiendo.

The apartment is very close to the city center and the metro station, so it is really easy to get everywhere. The bedroom is big and comfortable; the landlady provides sheets and towels so it is perfect for Erasmus students. I recommend it!

It has a beautiful view and a cute terrace! The location is perfect so it's very easy to get to almost anywhere in the city including the parks Campo del Moro and Parque del Oeste located very close from home. Isabel has been very kind, joyous and hospitable. Couldn't have asked for a better place!!

El piso está cerca del centro y muy bien comunicado, con paradas de autobús y metro. El cuarto es grande y hay mucho luz. Me encanta la vista del balcón. La cocina y el baño están limpios y en buenas condiciones. Isabel es súper amable y simpático. Muy recomendable!

My landlord was friendly and welcoming. It was nice to practice my Spanish with her. The location was really good because of the good communications. The apartment was really close to the center.

Location is perfect. There are two metro station near house, supermarket and park as well. Templo debod and palacio real are so close to house. Terrace was beautiful and the room was always full of sunlights. House was always clean and tidy. Room is spacious, bed was big enough for me. I really recommend this room.

The thing I loved most about the place was the location! It is located perfectly below plaza de España (about 2 minutes by foot) and about 10 minutes by foot from Puerta del Sol. The room and the bathroom were perfectly clean and the landlady took privacy quite seriously. In total I was quite happy with the room and I had a nice time there!

The place is cozy, clean and nice! The location is almost perfect easy to get everywhere in the city and I have never seen the better view than the terrace has! Highly recommended!
