Cozy apartment for relocated in the beautiful historic district of Santa Croce in Florence. The property is located on the ground floor of a building located a stone's throw from the wonderful Basilica of Santa Croce. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower and a small outdoor courtyard. This apartment is appreciated for its excellent location in the heart of the historic center of Florence, a stone's throw from everything. The house is well equipped with Wi-Fi internet, washing machine, oven and everything needed for cooking. Please note: Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay to calculate the amounts due. For stays longer than two months we will ask the guest to send us the meter reading monthly, so that you do not have to pay a high value at the end, thus being able to have your consumption under control. There's a set price for water bills of €35 monthly, however if the bill overcomes this set price, the guest is required to pay for the difference. The admin fee also includes the final cleaning which is to be paid upon check-in.
