Located on the 3rd floor, with elevator, of a recently renovated period building, it overlooks a quiet side street. The flat opens onto the elegant day area, furnished with a sofa bed, a TV set and a 3-seater dining table. The kitchenette has microwave, hot stoves and dishwasher. The day area comes with parquet flooring and two balcony doors providing ample natural light. There is a large bookcase between the living corner and the night area: it is as bright as the rest of the property and features a double bed. A bathroom adjoins the night area and is fitted with basin, washing machine and crystal shower stall. Pets are allowed with a supplement of 100 eur plus VAT.
