The apartment is located on the third floor of a beautiful historic building with a lift. From its windows you can enjoy an exclusive and close view of the magnificent Church of Orsanmichele, one of the most beautiful in all of Florence. Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay to calculate the amounts due. For stays longer than two months we will ask the guest to send us the meter reading monthly, so that you do not have to pay a high value at the end, thus being able to have your consumption under control.
