Quiet neighbourhood, walking distance 5 minutes from the metro and bus 24h 1minute. A weekly cleaner will come to the house the landlord pays that. There is a fee of 10 euros a month for cleaning supplies. Gas is only for hot water and thats not included is to be split between for all tenants. The apartment contains everything you need to live , and the landlord is always renovating . Bedding , hand towels and rugs are supplied by the landlord
