The flat is fully air-conditioned with parquet floors and high ceilings. The entrance leads to the large and bright living area, there is a study corner and relaxation area with double sofa bed and flat-screen TV, the kitchen is separate and equipped with electric induction hobs. The living area overlooks a pleasant terrace equipped with tables and chairs. The sleeping area has a double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, large master bathroom with shower, and guest bathroom. The flat is characterized by the elegance of the colours and furnishings, the flat offers a precious silence and the proximity to the Inganni stop of the M1 red line metro which takes you to the Duomo, SanBabila and Cadorna in just over 10 minutes Please note: The deposit is equal to 2 months' rent for stays longer than 6 months. Payments, after the first through Uniplaces, must be made by bank transfer or credit card. Tourist visa not accepted to sign the contract.
