I was disappointed in the space. I actually stayed for just one of the two months I had booked losing a full month of rent in the process. This is a true basement unit, complete with no natural light and smells. The apartment had many insects, ants not just a few here and there but if you dare leave anything in the trashcan, there would be a solid line of ants to inspect whatever it was. Flies, spiders and worst of all fleas! There are many animals (many cats and 1 dog) living in the home. The fleas are what broke me. I couldn’t be in the unit without getting bit by something. The apartment itself at first glance looked clean and tidy but of course as you being to settle in the place was filthy. There is no oven just a hot plate for cooking. The entry always smells like cat urine, but she does try to clean it often, but the smell just lingers! I am generally not one for a bad review but given the amount charge for this place I expected to feel safe and not disgusted by smell and bugs!

The apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It is well equipped, very neat and clean and peaceful It is situated in a good neighborhood. The apartment is a few minutes to the Metro and has several restaurants nearby and mini supermarkets. Enjoyed my stay at this lovely home.
