Very cozy and quiet 1 bedroom apartment, in the centre of Milan, on the 1st floor of a beautiful typical building with elevator. Apartment’s entrance is from the “ringhiera” (typical balconies in Milan) and it’s facing the inner quiet courtyard. Entering in the apartment there is a book case to separate the hall from the living area. In the living room there are a small table next to the sofa, the TV and an opening table. White modern fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven and a large refrigerator/freezer. In the aisle leading to the bedroom and bathroom, there is a closet, useful as an additional storage room. The bedroom has a double bed, 2 spacious wardrobes, a desk and some shelves. The window is facing a quiet courtyard of another building (it’s a long time it has’t yet built and there aren’t any works, still unknown when they should start). Area description Safe and central residential area, very lively and 15 minutes walking from Duomo square. San Babila M1 metro station is 10 minutes by tram. Istituto Marangoni in via Cerva, is just 15 minutes walking. IED it’s only a few metres far. Just going out from the building, you can start to enjoy a nice walk with cool shops and having a coffee in the nice bars of the neighbourhood. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, a park for running, clubs, banks and any other shop and service are walking distance. The apartment is very good connected by public transports, you can easily reach any side of the city. Therefore it could be a good solution also for a Bocconi, NABA and any other student, who want to enjoy Milan city life in the centre!
