The location is the best you can get in the whole city. It is exactly at the cross roads, so you can get to most Madrid's hot spots within' minutes. Th common areas are cleaned twice per week (if I am right) by a cleaning lady, and the money were definitely worth it for what we got. However, keep in mind that in the building live also families, so if you want to party non-stop it is not that possible, since the families would get mad (you can do so until a certain hour, and anyways with this weather who would want to stay inside??). All in all, I personally loved my room! :) definitely would recommend it, just make sure you know all the restrictions beforehand and you are alright with them, so both you and the landlord would have no issues in continuing the contract! :)

A casa não tem condições para receber 9 e por vezes 10 hospedes. Os quartos de banho estavam constantemente com problemas, a água quente falhava e nem copos havia para metade das pessoas.

Location is amazing, close from everything: metro stations, groceries, bar, shops, etc. I was lucky to have wonderful roommate and we have been like a family during my stay. The room is big, but it did not have any locker and and the air seems contaminated as I was suffering of respiratory issues during the nights. Internet is also very bad.

The apartment is very well located in the center and meets all the needs. The room is large but very noisy and located next to the bathroom which is awful.
