Nice cozy appartment. It's located on the hill, so every walk is a little exercise, but there is also a nice view from that hill and it's very quiet. There are all required appliances and dishes, also 2 air conditioners and a washing machine. Daniel always responded very quickly.

Good location, 5 minutes to Trindade. Nice landlord who took care of our needs at all times. The accommodation corresponds completely to the pictures online. The electricity problem turned out to be harmless after a short acclimatization. Well furnished and plenty of space for two people.

It was a great experience at this house in Fontinha. I've lived there during my first year at Porto and I've deeply appreciated the house and the neighborhood. The landlord is very kind and he was always very careful and helpful when I've requested his assistance.

We loved our stay in this nicely refurbished, Portughese ilhas. The neighbourhood is tranquil & really close to the metro, centre with bakeries near. The house had everything we needed. Daniel & his wife were really kind & helpful with everything. The electricity was also no problem to get used to.

A localização da casa é excelente, muito bem equipada e tudo bem novinho, nós a recebemos impecavelmente limpa. A potência de energia da casa que, quando liga-se muitos aparelhos eletronicos ao mesmo tempo, a luz vai abaixo, mas nós não achamos isso um grande problema. A vizinhança é agradável!

A casa do Daniel, o senhorio, esta bem equipada com tudo o que é necessario para passar uma estadia muito agradavel no Porto. A rua onde esta situada é muito calma, a vizinhança é tranquila e discreta. Fica perto da emblematica rua da Santa Catarina e de muitas mercearias tradicionais do Porto, com excelentes restaurantes , cafés e pastelerias nas proximidades. Recomendo vivamente!!!

What we liked most about the apartment was the location, since it is very close to Rua Santa Catarina and has public transportation very close. What we least liked was the complications when parking our vehicle, since the apartment is in a neighborhood with narrow streets in which it is difficult to maneuver.

What I like is that the place is very quiet, but it's near to the center of Porto. This was very convenient for me. In addition, there are lovely cats around the house, which made me happy. In the house, there are almost prepared especially for cooking. I was very satisfied with that. The neighborhood also good people, even though we couldn't speak Portuguese. In general, I highly recommend you to stay in the house. What I didn't like is that there is a limitation of electricity, so you need to know what the limitation is. It means that you need to control what electricity you use now. Otherwise, it'll break down... But after getting used to that, it was not a big problem for me. In winter, sometimes I feel a bit cold because of the structure of the building? So, there was two heaters in the house, but I had to wear extra clothes to warm. However, I think it's acceptable for me.

The place is absolutely lovely! Perfect accommodation for 2. Only problem is the electricity, there is a limit at about 4 kilowatts.
