Modern kitchen has built-in appliances as washing machine, dishwasher, electric and microwave oven. All kitchen appliances available. Cleaning services of common spaces of the flat kitchen, bathroom, WC, etc are provided twice a month by our charwoman who also buys hygienic supplies like a soap, toilet paper, etc these are standard services for the flat and they are included in the price. Karlín residents have plenty of access to green space: Karlinské námstí is a small park, and towering over it is the long ridge of Vítkov Hill, well-known for its superb views over the city. The elongated summit is a favorite spot for strollers and inline skaters, who glide along the straight road running to the recently restored National Memorial, complete with newly-opened viewing platform.
