Landlord Policies After your booking is confirmed, this landlord will send you an e-mail called MEMO DOCUMENTS requesting a copy of your ID and Codice Fiscale, and a printed and digital copy of some other documents. Please provide these documents as soon as possible. One, two weeks before check-in the landlord will send you a second e-mail called MEMO FIRST PAYMENT where all the costs of the First Payment will be indicated.
