The landlord provides a weekly cleaning service, weekly cleaning is mandatory on all floors. Tenants bear the cost of the 4 monthly cleanings. Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours and 40/ per month, this is divided by the number of tenants. Couples are not allowed in the rooms. CHECK IN HOURS: Mon - Friday 10:30am - 18:00pm We DO NOT check in on weekends, if necessary, it will have an extra cost of 50 and is subject to the availability of the staff.
