Very calm building, in a walking distance from everywhere in Faro downtown and the University of Algarve - Penha Campus is at 1.5 Km. This apartament is at 1st floor with no elevator. Cable TV and Wi-Fi and Netflix are included in the price. Bills are not included, but should be around 90,00 EUR per month - water and eletricity, depends on you.
