RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can request one by contacting your local consulate or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate up to one week before check-in. If you fail to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will be applied. Wi-Fi internet, bills, construction expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price. The rent includes all bills based on normal usage and they are set based on the size of the apartment. If you exceed the gas and electricity usage, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental agreement).
