Este simples e acolhedor apartamento tem quatro quartos, duas casas de banho partilhadas e uma cozinha. Os quartos são bastante espaçosos e têm uma decoração limpa e moderna. First of all, when I enter to the aparment it was so DIRTY. My bedroom was with so many dust and so bad, the bathroom was with rust on the bath, and we have to clean it, the kitchen also so dirty. Also, there are a plague of ants in my bedroom and in the toilet, and in addition a plague of homemade centipedes. The bed leg was broken ( as if It had had termites), on the window there are an enormous crack, where you can see outside, and the wind enter, so my beroom was all day cold. The appartment have no living room and space to hang out the washing clothes for 4 people. Also, the electricity system was so older, in my bedroom the light sockets was so loose, and it is so dangerous, the chairs were broken and all things was so old, for the price thar it has. Only the location was good, so near to the city center (Rua Santa Catarina, Aliados, the party area, etc).
