The living room has a cozy reading area and a large and comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a bed 1,20 x 1,90m wide. The bedroom The size of the bed mattress is 1,50 x 2,00m, and is made of high quality viscoelastic material which will give you the best possible rest. Every last detail is taken care of, from the textile towels, bedding up to the household, for maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances, cookware and utensils, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender plus iron and hair dryer. The views from the terrace are splendid. It is on the third floor, and, as most of the buildings in the center of Madrid, it does not have elevator.
