The apartment is and modern and the room itself is very spacious. Kitchen is small but it has everything that you need. Downside is that you have to pay extra 85 euros if you want towels and bed linen, although on listing it says that is included. Also be careful on extra spendings with heating.

Location is great for the university and easy access to the city centre (right outside a metro station). The room and kitchen are nice and spacious, and the bathrooms are very modern and clean. Bedding and towels were listed as “included” on the listing, however there is a charge of 80€ for them.

The room itself is amazing. Really bright and spacious. However, the wifi is really hard to get because it's far from the rooter. I had to use my cellphone data a lot of time. Not really practical. Location is great. Metro station is 10 seconds away. A lot of groceries, restaurants, gyms, cinemas near it. Just between my university and from the bars/nightlife. You have to keep in mind that there is "2 bathrooms with a shower" but all of us only used one of them. The other one is located kind of in the kitchen which is really awkward and is really small and there's this huge "dryer" which takes all the place. So consider one shower for 8 people. As mentionned before, there was a lot of mold at the end in the bathroom because it's an automatic light/fan that turns off after 5 minutes, so we often had to shower in the dark or get out so that the light and the fan can turn on again. Really not the best bathroom. Kitchen is also really small but okay. You have everything you need for cooking. It can get really dirty quickly because there is not a lot of space for the trash and with 8 people... It gets full really quickly. The common area is also just okay. Hence, the only great things I would say is the room itself and location. For the rest, it was okay but only for an exchange session.

There are two bathrooms (both including a toilet) and one separate toilet. This was great! The kitchen is new and fully equipped. The living room is okay, and was not used a lot when I lived in the house. What I did not like is the fact that the house is very noisy. From this specific room, the big road (av. da Repúbilca) can be annoying due to the noise. It sometimes kept me awake.
